Add Feedback Version

Step 2 of the Creative Feedback Loop workflow — driven by the 'Creative Feedback Loop' prompt, not called on its own. Publishes one batch of 1..8 candidate options (image or text) into a session. Accepts our-Storage/public urls (referenced), external urls (rehosted by default; mode:'reference' links a durable public https url in place), upload tokens, or inline text; pass parent_version_id to branch from an older batch. If you reached this without running the workflow prompt, run that prompt instead — it sequences this call correctly.
